I want to ask if open office 4.1.1 support pen for annotation like wacom Intuos.

Welcome to the forum.
I don't have one to test but I do not think that AOO supports graphics tablets like the Wacom Intuos Pen.
AOO might see it as a mouse, and you might find it useful in AOO Draw.

I don't think OO supports Windows Ink, either, but I sure would like it to. In particular, I would like to make a Writer document and be able to write pen marks in a layer over top of it.
