Help removing margins

hello. i am new to draw. i am scaling an image and it is cutting off the edges like a margin. i have margin set to zero though.
windows 10 64 bit/open office 3.1

Upload a sample file, your question only then can be answered satisfactorily.

BTW: You still use OpenOffice 3.1 on Windows 10 (your signature)?
LibreOffice current versions 7.x & 24.x and OpenOffice 4.1.15
on LinuxMint 20 - 21 Mate, W10-64 pro
