I logged the following bug on the Bugzilla website but was told to post it on the forum:
When I create a document with 6 charts some are displayed but others aren't. Bar charts tend to be displayed but pie charts show just as a section of blank space in the document although the option "view graphics and objects" has always been selected.

If I open the file you attached to your bug report and inspect it in the Basic IDE I get consistently reported by the navigator and by the watched objects in the IDE that there is only one embedded object in your document. Its name is Object1 and it contains the "Victim Nationalities" chart. This chart is displayed as expected.
A direct look into the .odt with an unzipper accounted for the same result. There are no hidden charts.
