[Solved] Export toolbars, icons, etc.

Post by Davidcannon65 »

I have three computers, plus my wife's computer. That makes four.

On one of my computers, I've done a lot of customisation of OpenOffice. I've created a lot of my own toolbars, and have also created about 100 icons, some to replace existing icons and some to control macros I've written and want on the toolbar. Now I have to do them all over again for the other three computers — unless somebody can explain to me how to export them from my primary computer and import them into the OpenOffice (writer) program on the others.

Thanks in advance!

The easiest is to copy the whole user profile. See: [Tutorial] The OpenOffice user profile.
You may discard the /backup folder to prevent moving lots of unnecessary ko/Mo.
You'll have to adjust the user data in Tools > Options > AOO > User data. That's all.

Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the 🖉 button if your issue has been fixed.

Try the LibreOffice. It has a feature: get bundled Themes in Extension format:

https://design.blog.documentfoundation. ... on-themes/

You can download/install many icon themes from the Extensions page:

Please, edit the initial post in the topic: add the word [Solved] at the beginning of the subject line - if your problem has been solved.
