Dual text Editor/DB lookup/synchronised scrolling

Hello,

I would like to suggest pooling of talent to help create an iPad/ tablet version of a Dual Text Editor
(Unicode as minimum requirement to have access to an SQLite DB already on my iPad ) and this editor would have synchronised scrolling with two navigation buttons, and, a DB lookup panel for polyglot word viewing ( toggle as flottable for space requirement optimisation for the display user-interface).
One button for ‘Previous word’ and another button, ‘Next word’ to select/highlight the next word in the upper ‘Source window frame’ and there would also be another ‘Target window frame’ below it.
( the translated language window = target window frame)
Beauty, Love and Action should be the core striving in this endeavour to help strive for the common good.

So, to recap, the main features are as follows :
Dual Editor with synchronised scrolling to help translators or students of language.
Two navigation buttons to select/highlight words in ‘Source Window frame’ which then act as trigger for DB lookup.
A group DB lookup panel with up to four displayed polyglot language fields for comparison and study.
The SQLite DB which is basically a Unicode polyglot dictionary.
iPad functionality.
The DB has OLE linkage to Open Office APP in the ‘Source window frame’ ( upper window frame containing text language that is being studied.
