Hi All ,
we are successfully generate the pdf/html file from xls file using OpenOfficeDocumentConverter.
we are trying to use StreamOpenOfficeDocumentConverter instead of OpenOfficeDocumentConverter.
But after using StreamOpenOfficeDocumentConverter we are not able to see the the image which is there in xls file .
additional details :
This is java API and we are running openoffice as service and programatically we are converting into xls into html first .
we are also using wkhtmltopdf to convert html to pdf .
Why we want to use this new API : our files are in one location (amezon s3) and open Office is running in another machine as a service . so OpenOfficeDocumentConverter will not work if the files are available in remote or another server .
is there any workaround/solution for the above issue ?
Open office version : OpenOffice 4.1.3
OS : windows 2008 64 bit OS
Thanks
Bhargava

Re: Converted pdf/html dont have a image if we use StreamOpe
In case you don't get a real expert answer to your problem perhaps processing a local copy of the external file could workaround the path problem.
