OpenOffice 4.1.3 in IIS 10

Good afternoon! There is such a problem when I deploy the ASP.NET project on IIS 10, the code hangs on the line unoidl.com.sun.star.uno.XComponentContext m_xContext = uno.util.Bootstrap.bootstrap();, when I start the project from VS everything works fine. open office 4.1.3; Microsoft .NET Framework, version:4.0.30319. IIS is running under the Local System. Help, how to make OpenOffice work?
