I did some minor editing.
I'm using AOO v4.0.1 with Windows 8.
1) The first link, "We already talked about..." leads to a page that doesn't talk about the subject you said it did.
2) The first view doesn't show the title bar, but it looks similar to my "Paragraph" window, which I get to via the menu Format -> Paragraph.
3) It's also a bit unclear how to get to the window you showed (maybe because the "We already talked about..." page is still missing the info I'd need?)
4) My "Bullets & Numbering" window looks like your "Numbering Style: Numbering 1" window.
5) My "Styles & Formatting" doesn't have tabs at all.
6) Maybe show a pic of the "fifth button over"?
