Why use Bugzilla?
Apache OpenOffice uses Bugzilla to track not only bugs, but also Requests for Enhancement (RFE), Tasks and other issues that need to be tracked so they are not lost. It also makes it much easier to see if others have similar issues. By using Bugzilla to file isues, you become a contributing member of the Apache OpenOffice community.
