The OOPM Project need some key project members to keep the progress running.
- Project Owner: Claus Agerskov
- Project Manager(s): (Claus Agerskov)
- Requirement Manager: ?
- Development Manager: ?
- Main Developer: ?
- Quality Assurance Manager: ?
- Documentation Manager: (Claus Agerskov)
- Release Manager: Claus Agerskov
The roles in parenthesis are taken care by the said member until someone want to substitute.
All managers gets project leader status in CollabNet so they can change roles and permissions for all members so the project isn't depended on a single or few key members to progress.
