Open Issues
- Toolbar buttons with menus should have menu button role
- (hidden) VCL menubar gets focus with F6
- Disabled menu items get focus via tab
- Parent/Child hierarchy broken at frame level
- VoiceOver speaks (lengthy) descriptions of ToolBox buttons
