OOPM Tool for the Project
To collaborate over the internet on a project to develop a project management tool for an office suite is very difficult.
Many of the contributors are experienced project managers who are familiar with project management tool and not a community tool as CollabNet and it's IssueZilla.
IssueZilla has it pros which will be used when developing OOPM but to handle the process a project management tool is needed - and a webbased one - and in the spirit of the OpenOffice.org community an open source one.
Do you know any open source webbased project management tool then please list them beneath - thanks.
The decision on which of the suggested tool will used will be based on:
- the community around the tool - size and activity
- the way possibility to integrate with the future OOPM application
- views needed by the OOPM project (have you any suggestion for needed views)
- * Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- accessibility from major browsers and operation systems
- license to use
- possibility to get a free hosted service for OOPM Project
