Using document Hierarchies Correctly
Drew the convention in Wiki's is that use use the / delimiter in page names just like a directory hierarchy (That's why you see the parent redirector at the top of each sub page. Hence what we've create so far is the following hierarchy:
- Planning
- Announcement
- Forum Overview
- Open Issues
- Site. — This one is missing
- User services. — This one is missing
- Wiki. — This one is missing
Normally each section page will provide a sub-contents with any necessary overview so that the users can navigate.
Redirections To Be Deleted
Also by default any move leave behind a redirector. Normal users don't have page delete privileges, so the usual convention (which may not be adopted in this wiki is to assign the age to the category {{delete|reason}}, and the sysadmins scan the delete category from time to time and trash the pages. Here is the list of dead redirections that need trashed.
